At the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) 香港總商會's Legal Committee we've the chance to hold talks over legal matters of interest to businesses in Hong Kong and engage relevant parties to have thought exchanges on proposed regulation and policy, a clear demonstration of a vibrant jurisdiction.
On Monday, we were privileged to have our chairman Nick Chan, MH JP re-elected to continue doing the great work, alongside VC Gill Meller.
Also, glad to have friend CM Chan tell us about the work done and the opportunities / challenges ahead after his 3 mandates as President of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
